What do I need to bring with me when I come to Stat MD ?     

     Please bring your most recent

    • insurance card
    • driver’s license or photo ID
    • any important medical information.

   Please be sure to let our staff know of ANY allergies, current medications and your medical history.


What insurances do you accept?

Stat MD urgent care is a participating provider with all major insurance plans. In the rare event that we do not participate directly with your insurance plan, we can submit a claim on your behalf.
